Actually no, that would be disgusting. Unless you had to smuggle them out of the country.

What I really wanted to say is that I found a suprisingly nice wheat penny in my change yesterday. This is the third one I've found in my change so far this year, and only one of them was very worn. I think I'll buy some penny roles from the bank tomorrow with some of the dimes and quarters I have sitting around growing worthless.

I also found some weird stuff, like a 1975 Chillean Peso I recieved as a quarter and a 1989 Brittish(not Canadian) penny.

Congrats, on your lucky find. I always inspect my change for collectible coins and have been doing so since I was a kid. Getting wheat cents in your change used to be a common event back in the late 70's and early 80's but it's becoming a rare event these days. In this day and age, two or three Wheats in my change a year is about all I'm seeing. But when I do get one I throw it in the box with all the others. Wheats rock!!

I just sorted $25 of pennies and found $5 of copper pennies and 11 Wheats! I could see sorting through penny rolls till I get a roll or two of wheaties.
